Serving Tooele
Why Tooele Homeowners Call A&Y First.
Tooele sits on the far side of the Oquirrh Mountains from most of Utah County, and that distance means fewer remodeling contractors regularly make the drive out. Homeowners here often end up waiting longer for quotes and longer for a crew to actually show up and finish the job.
A&Y Full Remodels schedules Tooele work in focused blocks, staging materials ahead of time so the crew stays on site until a project is done rather than splitting attention across a long commute back and forth.
A&Y Full Remodels LLC proudly serves Tooele and every surrounding community within about 50 miles of our Springville shop, including Provo, Orem, Lehi, Spanish Fork, American Fork, Highland, Sandy, Salt Lake City, Tooele, Park City, West Jordan, and Logan.
Family Owned and Operated
Alex Lopez and his wife have worked on remodeling projects together for over 15 years, with repeat customers across that time.
Remodeling in Tooele.
Tooele's housing includes an older core downtown along with newer subdivisions built out over the last two decades, so both bathroom remodeling in original layouts and basement finishing in newer framed shells come up regularly.
Because a Tooele project is scheduled as a dedicated block rather than a quick in and out visit, it's also an efficient time to bundle in drywall, painting, and flooring work in the same visit.
Why Tooele Homeowners Choose Us.
Tooele homeowners get the same licensed, insured, family owned crew as everywhere else in our service area, with Alex and his wife scheduling the trip so the work gets finished in one focused push instead of a stretched out timeline.

Tooele Specialty
Home Remodeling in Tooele
The complaint we hear most from Tooele homeowners is not about price, it is about contractors who start and disappear. Tooele sits on the far side of the Oquirrh Mountains from most of Utah County, and a crew that treats it as a side trip will keep leaving to work closer to home. Quotes take weeks, and a two week job stretches into two months.
That is why home remodeling in Tooele works better than piecemeal projects here. Rather than making four separate trips for a bathroom, a basement, drywall, and flooring, we plan the whole scope up front, stage materials ahead of the first day, and schedule the work as a dedicated block. The crew stays on site until the phase is finished.
The city gives us both kinds of work to bundle. The older downtown core has original bathroom layouts and walls that need real repair, while the subdivisions built over the last two decades have framed basement shells waiting to be finished. Combining those into one coordinated remodel is usually the most efficient way for a Tooele homeowner to get everything done.

Call +1 385-503-7774 or email ayremodels@gmail.com to set up a time.
Will your crew actually stay on site for a Tooele remodel?
That is exactly why we schedule Tooele in dedicated blocks with materials staged ahead of time. The trip is planned so the crew works the project through rather than driving back and forth.
