Final pricing may vary from estimates if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the job. Any changes to scope or pricing will be communicated to you before additional work proceeds.

Payment is due according to the schedule agreed upon before work begins, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Warranties and Guarantees
